The results lined up with what I’d gotten from other places, which is pretty much my standard for trusting something like this. No issues on my end, and everything seemed straightforward.

Pages load fast. Real quick. Everything feels smooth too. No lag. No slowdowns for me yet...

Managing my account on neutrino.plus has been mostly fine, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. I was able to update my info and look through the settings, though a few pages felt kind of slow and a little confusing. Support did get back to me eventually and helped out, so overall it’s not bad, it just feels like it could be easier

I cancelled my neutrino plan and requested a refund. It took a day or two before I heard back, which felt a bit avoidable, but once support got to it they sorted everything out and the money came back without any issue. Not instant, but fair enough overall. 4 stars from me.
